Kelly Teich, AIA

PRESIDENT

Since joining Warner Group Architects in 2005, Kelly has had the privilege of collaborating with clients to create award-winning, bespoke residences in Montecito, Santa Barbara, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Orange County, and internationally. Now serving as principal architect and President, Kelly oversees both the design process and the firm’s management. His collaborative approach encourages clients to deeply engage in the design process, ensuring their visions are brought to life in a personalized, tailored way. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Beyond his architectural career, Kelly serves on the Board of Directors at the prestigious Music Academy of the West in Montecito. He enjoys exploring the Santa Barbara coastline and the Channel Islands through scuba diving, and backpacking in the Eastern Sierras, all while spending quality time with his wife and two sons. An accomplished landscape and underwater photographer, Kelly also occasionally photographs Warner Group Architects projects.
