The sizeable living room opens to a covered veranda through floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors. The veranda’s expansive framed openings capture the site’s panoramic ocean-to-mountain views and can be completely enclosed with exterior draperies for nighttime dining and entertaining. Blooming lotus plants and an oak tree canopy surround the swimming pool beyond the veranda. Inside, tall, broad white walls in the gallery accommodate the owner’s vast art collection, which is naturally illuminated by strategically placed skylights. A floor-to-ceiling frameless glass wall just off the wood-paneled study highlights an infinity-edge reflecting pool. Strong, clean lines complement the owner’s eclectic collection of furniture and artwork.
