Thiep has served as CEO of Warner Group Architects since 1999, succeeding the company’s founder, Jack Warner. A licensed architect in the State of California, Thiep holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Before joining Warner Group Architects, he gained valuable experience working with some of Santa Barbara’s most prestigious firms, including the renowned Ehrlich Rominger Architects.

Since taking on the role of CEO, Thiep has overseen all recreational and private projects, ensuring that each one reflects the firm’s commitment to unique, creative design and efficient project management. His leadership ensures that projects are tailored to fit a wide range of budgets and time constraints, delivering excellence at every level.
