“This home provides an oasis in the extreme desert environment of the Middle East. Homeowners and guests can escape in the lush landscaping, inviting pools, and modern luxury this property has to offer.”

This project, spanning five years of design and three years of construction, involved collaboration with local engineering consultants. Key features include a separate pool cabana with a basement, a basalt-clad pool with an integrated hot tub, and custom metal bench seats. Designed to withstand the harsh Middle East climate, the exterior and interior are clad in travertine for a cohesive feel. Large glass windows with retractable aluminum shutters were installed. The villa boasts diverse living spaces, from an indoor/outdoor entertainment area in the basement to daily living spaces on the main and second floors, with globally sourced contemporary fixtures, furnishings, and art.
